Friday Night Dinner

We will be having a dinner at El Palomar on Friday between the last panel and the reading. We have reserved a banquet room with a special menu to accommodate panelists, respondents and their guests only. Here is the menu for the evening. Please let us know if you would like to join!

TENDER STRIPS OF MARINATED AND CHARBROILED SKIRT STEAK, SERVED WITH A SALSA FRESCA AND SLICED AVOCADO ON TOP.

HUACHINANGO ESTILO EL PALOMAR

A FRESH GRILLED FILET OF RED SNAPPER, TOPPED WITH A GARLIC-TOMATILLO SALSA. GARNISHED WITH GUACAMOLE AND SOUR CREAM.
