TENDER STRIPS OF MARINATED AND CHARBROILED SKIRT STEAK, SERVED WITH A SALSA FRESCA AND SLICED AVOCADO ON TOP.

A FRESH GRILLED FILET OF RED SNAPPER, TOPPED WITH A GARLIC-TOMATILLO SALSA. GARNISHED WITH GUACAMOLE AND SOUR CREAM.
